Who we’re looking for
Experienced, registered clinicians across psychiatry, psychology, psychotherapy, occupational therapy, dietetics, educational therapy and coaching: people who want to work as one team rather than in isolation, and who care about doing this properly.
How we work
- One team, not a network. Real multidisciplinary practice, with clinicians who talk to each other and think about cases together.
- The whole person. A biopsychosocial approach in practice, with the biological threads others often overlook taken seriously.
- Continuity that means something. You stay with the people you help, across the journey, rather than handing them on.
- Supported, supervised, safe. Clinical supervision, peer review and clear governance are built into how we work.
